把 LINE 官方帳號變成 AI 客服與預約助理
Resonances 是為服務業者（例如按摩、美容、美髮、工作室等預約制店家）提供的 LINE AI 服務。業者將自己的 LINE 官方帳號接入後，AI 會代為回覆顧客的諮詢、查詢可預約時段並完成預約；業者本身也能直接在 LINE 中用訊息管理店務，不需另外安裝 App 或登入後台。
顧客：用聊天完成諮詢與預約
顧客在店家的 LINE 官方帳號用平常說話的方式詢問服務內容與價格、查詢空檔並送出預約。店家確認後，顧客會收到確認通知、行前提醒與「加入行事曆」連結。
業者：在 LINE 裡管理店務
用訊息設定服務項目、營業時段、庫存與促銷活動；有新預約時即時通知，一鍵接受或婉拒。可隨時暫停 AI 回覆，並設有用量上限避免費用失控。
選用：連結 Google 試算表
業者可授權一份 Google 試算表，用來管理產品、進貨與銷貨等庫存紀錄，並透過 LINE 的管理操作讀取與更新。
Google 資料的使用方式
Resonances 僅請求 Google 的 drive.file 權限：只能存取業者在 Google 檔案挑選器中親自選擇的那一份試算表，用於讀取工作表格式及讀寫其中的庫存資料。我們無法存取您雲端硬碟中的其他檔案，也不會取得您的 Google 帳號 Email。業者可隨時在 LINE 管理選單中解除連結並撤銷授權。完整說明請見隱私權政策。

About Resonances
Resonances turns a business's LINE Official Account into an AI assistant for customer service and bookings. Customers chat with the account to ask about services and prices, check available time slots and book appointments; business owners manage their services, schedules, inventory and promotions by sending messages in LINE.
Business owners can optionally link one Google Sheets spreadsheet for inventory records. Resonances requests only the drive.file scope, so it can access only the spreadsheet the owner selects in the Google Picker — no other files and no Google account email.
